Warranty
All of our products have a 30 day money back guarantee from the day you receive your product. You must obtain an RA number either online or via telephone call.
Although warranties vary from Manufacturer to Manufacturer, Microphones.com will warranty every product sold for 1 year regardless of the manufacturer warranty. If the Manufacturer warranty is less, you are covered automatically by our own extended support. If the Manufacturer warranty is longer than 1 year, you are of course eligible for this warranty. Manufacturer warranties are generally 30 days up to 5 years depending on the product.
Returns
We offer 30 day money back guarantee*.
*You may return any new product from Microphones.com that is "dead on arrival," arrives in damaged condition, or is still in unopened boxes, for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Microphones.com reserves the right to test "dead on arrival" returns and impose a customer fee equal to 15 percent of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product. Any returned item that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering will result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product.
Note: Prior to a return, we require a technical support call in order to ensure the equipment is installed properly. All blind returns will be subject to 15% restocking fee.
Certain equipment must be replaced for health reasons. In these special circumstances. we will only charge a service fee of $3 for biohazardous materials.
Microphones.com will not accept returns of software unless proof is provided that the product is not registered and that the products are not installed on any systems. We have the ability to check for this and will be checked prior to consideration of software returns.
Support
We excel at technical services. We will give you all the support you need to get your equipment running to your satisfaction. This support includes hardware, software and programming services*. We are authorized dealers and distributors of every product we sell!

We do not sell our customer lists or any information with anyone period!
